STEP 1 - Planning

STEP 3 - Build
With a well designed plan in hand, Opendoor Construction will confidently build your vision. A highly skilled team of builders, lead by expert project management, will stay focused on the details of your project and the timeline. With our online project management tools, you will have access to updates, progress reports, photos and more. Being involved and having open lines of communications with your team during the build is essential to a successful finish.
You may see a beautiful water feature as you enter a home; we see the 7 different skill sets that go into making that water feature a reality. Masons, steelworkers, plumbers, electricians, trim carpenters, as well as Opendoor Construction’s own design and construction teams all working together to make that water feature come to life. Our construction process relies on solid relationships with the most skilled workers in the city, a keen sense of detail for every aspect of the structure and finishes while providing impeccable fabrication and construction supervision.
